{paperswell} magazine was started by a friend of mine, and fellow lover of art and design, Kelle McCarter of designs girl. She uses {paperswell} as a way to share her appreciation for paper, all things beautiful, and to highlight others doing the same.

Laura + Collin | Married

Laura and Collin are two of the most elegant people I’ve photographed. Laura has refined beauty and grace about her that I just adore. And then there is Collin and those suspenders…swoon!!

I loved their choice to get married at St. John’s Cathedral. The soaring space from early 1900’s provided a beautiful setting with rich textures, stunning stained glass windows, and I especially enjoyed the angles created by shooting from the balcony.

Laura and Collin’s wedding day caught the end of fall color in Denver, one of my favorite times of the year. Plus, the fall color complimented Laura’s color choice of “jalapeño” perfectly! Here are a few more images of Laura’s beautiful bouquet by Bare Root Flora.

Besides adoring Laura and Collin, I do have to say their wedding party was not only prompt, but SUPER helpful! As my second photographer, Annabelle, and I finished up with photographing Laura and Collin outside of St. John’s, they grabbed all of our equipment, and packed it into the bus. SO SWEET! I just wanted to say Thank You!!
